New Support Request

If your question or problem is not listed in neither the FAQ’s nor the Trouble Shoot Document, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. In order for us to assist you quickly, it is vital that we have some basic information about you QGrip configuration

  • System Support Info, in the QGrip UI, under menu Help, select menu item Support Info, and add this information to your support request.
  • Additional Info, in your support request try to describe, as detailed as possible, the events that lead to the problem. If no sensitive data (like Passwords) will be revealed, consider recording the set of actions with your mobile phone, and add the video to your support request. If you choose to send this video to us via WhatsApp in addition to an Online Support Request, please include the Ticket Number.
